Kelli Scott
Co-Founder/Patient Care Coordinator
Kelli comes with over 5 years of experience in the body rejuvenation, contouring, fat reduction and aesthetics industry. She also has co-founded Rich Aesthetics with over 20 years of business management and consulting experience that spread across multiple industries including medical, hospitality, and non-profit organizations. She received her B.A. in Accounting and has since developed a passion for the aesthetics industry and received her certification in 2020. Her established skillset in business operations and customer relations have enabled her to educate and provide patients with top tier service. She enjoys interacting and observing the improvements our treatments provide, and the confidence our patients achieve by obtaining their individual aesthetic and body goals. Kelli is passionate about our patient needs and ensures they have the best experience at Rich Aesthetics. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, boating, and spending time with her family including their 2 dogs.
Tianna Rich
BS,L.E. – Co-Founder/Licensed Esthetician
Tianna is a highly skilled Licensed Aesthetician and Body Contouring Specialist with over 9 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. In 2021, she earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University and established a desire for the medical aesthetic industry. Her passion was also enhanced as she completed a prestigious internship at MLK Jr Community Hospital Fellows program, highly competitive UCLA SHPEP academic program and earned her aesthetics license. Most recently, she is pursuing her BSN,RN license to further her educational and servicing needs of her cleints. She specializes in advanced body contouring treatments such as Cryo-therapy, lymphatic drainage and skin tightening procedures. She also specializes in skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, BioRePeel, Red Light therapy and Glacier Facials.
Tianna’s combined education, experience and passion for the aesthetic industry lead here to the development of Rich Aesthetics. She is deeply committed to patient care, taking a personalized approach to each treatment to help individuals achieve their body and skincare goals. She prioritizes patient education, ensuring that every client feels confident and informed about their journey. Her goal is to create an experience that is both relaxing and transformative, leaving patients feeling confident and revived.
In her free time, Tianna enjoys spending time traveling, cooking and time with family. Her warmth and dedication to help others strives her to stay updated on the latest industry trends in her free time so she can continuously integrate new technologies and modalities into her treatments to deliver the best possible results.
